Participants can now register for the Hope For The Warriors Crystal Coast 30 × 30 Virtual Fitness Challenge.

Beginning November 1 and November 30, individuals will be able to take part in a free virtual fitness test from Crystal Coast and above. The Crystal Coast 30 × 30 Virtual Fitness Challenge is designed to keep people active by including at least 30 minutes for 30 days. Any activity is considered – walking, running, walking, swimming, lifting, etc.

The goal of this imaginary test is to support individuals as they celebrate their 15th anniversary of fitness.

Based on Camp Legion, Hope for War veterans is now a national non-profit organization dedicated to restoring the feelings of oneself, family and service members, their families and fallen families through a variety of support programs on clinical health and wellness, sports and recreation.

Participants are encouraged to register for the free 30-day fitness test before October 31, but you can register for the test at any time at hopeforthewarriors.org. Participants can record their day-to-day activities through the website to maintain the overall scope of the problem.

Twice a week, in addition to local restaurants offering healthy eating options, they will receive emails from the area offering ideas for places to use the bike paths, greenways, running and hiking trails. Historical facts about the 15-year-old hope for warriors in the Crystal Coast communities are also included in the emails.

A $ 30 × 30 Challenge T-shirt is available during registration. (T-shirt arrives at the end of the test). There is also the possibility of sponsoring a fighter for $ 30, which allows a member of the service or a family member to join the competition in a T-shirt.
