Train 2 Xcel Unveils “Secret Graduation” for Fitness Success!

When we talk to someone about their health and fitness goals, we always talk about consistency and “controlling the art of showing.” If you want to get results, you have to submit the work and that part is in line with your practice.

It is not easy to say that consistency is the secret to success. The more you work each week and month, the better the results. You will have long-term success by combining a few years together.

The problem is not consistent, especially when you practice alone or without someone to hold you accountable. In fact, the average do-it-yourself gym member, just like in big boxing clubs, goes to the gym on average in less than 1 x / week.

In addition, studies show that people with home fitness equipment work less than before the epidemic. This trend does not lead to long-term success.

We know that people who come to the gym at least 8-9 times a month are more successful than they are. This is why our training system on Train 2 Xcel is structured in this way. We want to put you in a better position to succeed and overcome obstacles in the gym.
