The current swimming program will begin on October 4 and end on December 15. It costs $ 4 per person.

Pickleball is an admissions program for people aged 18 and over from 12-2 to 30 in the afternoon on Mondays and Wednesdays. It costs $ 5 per person.

When the center offers balls, participants bring their own paddles. No training or education is provided.

“This is very popular. You don’t have to sign up for it,” said Martino.

Badminton and volleyball are also pedestrian-friendly programs, each costing $ 5.

Badminton, an adult-level adult program, will be available Tuesday at 8 p.m. When players bring their own rackets, the center offers bird species. Volleyball will be played on Thursdays at 8-10 p.m.

“Volleyball seems to be very popular,” Martino said. “Pickleball and volleyball are two of the three most popular.”

Many programs for adults and seniors begin in the third week of November and run for six to seven weeks. There are no deadlines for signing up for any of them; Unless the room is full, a walk is $ 8 per room.

According to Martino, this is the second year that the Walking and Senior Class will be offered. Taichi and Yoga are very popular among the programs.

The programs are:

In addition to the rooms and programs, Martino said the center is a picture of the center’s indoor walking track.

“You can go to the gym in many places and there are fitness equipment, but there is no track record everywhere,” she said. “That’s the most important thing we have.”
