Sarah Stevenson, an online fitness enthusiast who goes online on Sarah’s Day, shares her recipe for a five-course smoothie.

The Australian Wellness Vlogger Green Smoothie Recipe says it helps support the immune system, increase digestion, increase phytonutrients, and provide high-quality chlorophyll.

She simply mixed one cup of chilled mango, half a cup of chilled avocado and coconut milk with one tablespoon of tropeka cookie dough protein and super food green + d flour.

Sarah poured the mixture into a bowl and tossed it with cassava, coconut flakes, and dried berries.

The 28-year-old mother of two has a soft bowl suitable for people who struggle to get their daily intake of vegetables and greens.

The video has been viewed more than 278,000 times since it was posted to Instagram earlier this month and many fans have expressed interest in trying a healthy smoothie.

Sarah says that smoothies help support healthy digestion, increase immunity, and are great for your green and vegetable daily diet.

Sarah says that combining frozen mangoes, frozen avocado, coconut milk and two tropical protein powders can improve digestion, boost immunity, and improve your daily consumption of greens and vegetables.

Ingredients

1 cup chilled mango

1/2 cup chilled avocado

Coconut milk

Suitable for 1 tbsp Tropeaka cookie dough protein

1 tbsp Tropeca Super Food Greens + d

Cashew nuts

A piece of coconut

Dried berries

Method

Add mango, avocado, tropeca flour and a glass of coconut milk to a blender and whisk until soft.

Crush a few handfuls of cash into a mortar

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fill with chopped nuts, coconut milk and dried fruit.
