Last week, I had a meeting with my peer leader to discuss how I was getting used to NSU. We talked about scholars, but we talked about our normal work and well-being, and how we can stay awake and take care of our mental and physical health. I told her I was going to the gym every week, but she opened my eyes to a new class that changed my work schedule.

This amazing section is available on RecPlex Monday, Saturday and Saturday from 9 am to 10 ፡ 15 on RecPlex, because there is usually no schedule conflict with the class, so the timing is excellent. It also combines spin, cardio exercise, shaping, strength training and stretching.

I finally decided to go to class and test myself. I was amazed and loved it. It was a little harder than I expected, but I felt good. The teacher was very knowledgeable and encouraging, which is very important to me. It helped me to keep pushing and not to be late for class. She was very concerned about the participants, telling us to take a break and feel our bodies if we needed to.

In addition to being a wonderful sport, my favorite part of the class was how the teacher always encouraged us. She gave very clear instructions and was very positive. He told us to focus on our bodies and emotions and to let go of all anxiety, worry and negativity. In class, you never once used weight loss or other beauty factors as motivation. He reminded us that we were testing ourselves to improve our physical and mental health, our heart condition, and our overall performance. It reminded us to thank our bodies for being able to exercise and do everything we can. He reminded us to eat well, drink water, and stay awake.

I know that sometimes we have to keep in mind that we need to work to look good or lose weight, but our greatest motivation to do so is to keep our bodies healthy, not just now but in the future. When we exercise, we keep our bodies active and make sure our muscles are strong enough to carry out our daily activities.

I also know that college can be stressful and we almost always feel like we don’t have time to work and don’t prioritize. However, exercise can help relieve stress, improve anxiety, and focus on school-related activities. Make sure you pre-register for the class on the IMLeagues app.
