An El Paso bodybuilder and entrepreneur has opened a new fitness center, El Paso Fitness Bodie Camp on the east side.

The center, which opened on October 30, will offer $ 7 a week with 7 rooms a day.

John Crowwe, who has been a fitness enthusiast for 40 years, says he decided to open a fitness center at the end of 2020 after quitting his pharmaceutical sales.

He has been coaching for bodybuilding since the age of 14. Over the past 35 years, Croatia has won numerous national and regional competitions. Crowe won fifth place at the 2020 North American National Bodybuilding Championship.

El Paso Bodybuilding and Entrepreneur John Crowe has opened a new fitness center at El Paso Fitness Bodie Camp.

“I want to share my fitness needs with others and help them live longer and healthier lives. When I was a military nurse, I saw what could happen to people who didn’t take care of themselves,” he said.

“If they don’t improve their health today, they will be able to cope with a disease tomorrow. So many of the chronic diseases we treat today can be helped with exercise and nutrition,” he said.

Founded in 2009, Franchise is one of the fastest growing in the country.

El Paso Fitness and Fitness Specialist John Crowe has opened the El Paso Fit Body Boot Camp on the east side.

Describes the experience as a group training in groups of five to 10 or more people. Exercises are offered in 30-minute increments and include high-intensity interval training and active rest training to help your body burn fat and calories more than traditional sports.

“Every workout we do has improvements to make it more powerful or less. We can be responsible for injuries, any limitations and we will look at them, make sure they are in good shape,” he said.

The center can provide food planning, writing support, anatomy analysis and diet and goal counseling.

El Paso Fit Body Boot Camp offers a 30-minute workout that allows your body to burn up to twice as much fat and calories as a regular workout and active rest training.

Crowd said it was a good time for the new fitness center because there were so many people standing at the time of the outbreak.

At the time of the outbreak, 60 percent of the population had lost weight, he said. “We need to get back to life at some point and if you are in the gym your immune system will be healthy.”
